Services must comply with third-party platform terms; account suspension, removal, or penalties are user responsibility.
3. Payment, Billing & Refunds
Prepaid Services: All Services must be paid via your www.no1smmindia.com wallet before processing.
Wallet Funds: Non-withdrawable and non-refundable; usable only on our Site.
Refunds: Issued only for non-delivery or technical errors within 5-7 business days. Incorrect URLs/details by the user are non-refundable.
Final Payment: All payments are final before service delivery.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect name, email, contact info, payment/transaction details, and technical data (IP, browser, device).
Data is used to process orders, provide customer support, improve services, and send account-related updates.
Data is shared only with trusted payment processors and service partners as needed; we never sell or rent your information.

5. Account Responsibility & User Conduct

10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless No1SMMIndia and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from misuse of Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: Republic of India
Arbitration: As per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Kolkata
Jurisdiction: If unresolved in 60 days, parties may approach Kolkata courts

We may modify, suspend, or terminate Services at any time without prior notice.
